Thai Style Lamb Chops With Green Bean Salad


1. Mix 25 g of the curry paste, 1 tbsp lime juice together in a bowl. Toss the chops in to marinate season with salt and pepper, leave for 20 minutes
2. Put the remaining curry paste, oil and lime juice into a jam jar shake to mix. Place the salad ingredients into a large bowl and toss with dressing. 
3. Heat a large griddle over a medium heat, chargrill the chops for 4 minutes on each side or until just cooked through. Serve with the salad, lime wedges and some fragrant rice.
