10 Minute Beef Stir Fry

The best quality beef cuts to stir-fry are: Sirloin, Striploin, Fillet or Topside.



  1. Mix marinade ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Add the beef and coat thoroughly in the marinade. Allow to sit in the fridge for a few hours for best results. 
  3. Heat a wok or large pan. Add some oil and stir-fry the vegetables, then remove.
  4. Next, stir-fry the beef in batches.
  5. Return the vegetables to the wok, add 2-3 tablesp. of water and the oyster sauce.
  6. Serve on a bed of rice.
